Neighborhood Reconnected to Change Healthcare – As of April 15, 2024, Neighborhood has reconnected to the Change Healthcare platform and claims are being received for processing. Paper claims already submitted to Neighborhood as of April 15 will be processed. Any paper claims submitted after that date will be returned. Effective immediately, providers who use Change Healthcare should resume submitting claims electronically while following all electronic claim filing requirements.

Providers may continue to use other electronic claim submission options for billing Neighborhood, including clearinghouses Inovalon, Waystar, and Healthcare Revenue Cycle Solutions (SSI)
