Dental services through Delta Dental of Rhode Island
INTEGRITY for Duals members can get the dental care they need for no additional cost. Preventive and restorative dental benefits up to $1,250 annually including cleanings, oral exams, and more! Get the dental care you need from a large network of dentists across Rhode Island.
In-home support services program*
Neighborhood INTEGRITY for Duals members who qualify can receive 120 hours of in-home support services like running errands, helping with light housekeeping, providing tech support AND MORE!
$125 each month (non-rolling) for healthy food*
Use your Neighborhood &more card at the stores you visit most like Walmart, Dollar General, CVS and MORE to shop for healthy foods from the brand names that you know and love.
$28 each month (non-rolling) for over-the-counter (OTC) items
Use your Neighborhood &more card to purchase health and wellness products online and in stores.
Rewards and Incentives Program
The Rewards and Incentives Program allows you to earn additional funds to use on eligible OTC items. Members earn rewards by completing healthy activities including:
- $25 for going to your annual wellness visit with your primary care provider (PCP)
- $25 for getting a breast cancer screening NEW for 2027!
- $40 in total for diabetes management
$10 for getting an A1c lab test, $10 for having a retinal eye exam, $10 for competing nephropathy (kidney) screening and $10 for getting your blood pressure checked.
YMCA gym membership
Neighborhood provides INTEGRITY for Duals members with gym membership access to many YMCA locations throughout the state. These YMCA locations have a number of group fitness classes for you to choose from, both in-person and online. Members also receive a fitness tracker at no cost!

Meal home-delivery service
Members can take advantage of the no-cost meal delivery service with Mom’s Meals when returning home from the hospital. Get healthy meals delivered to your home when you need it most.
