If you have Neighborhood INTEGRITY for Duals (HMO D-SNP), your Neighborhood &more card can help you pay for over-the-counter (OTC) and wellness products. You may also use your card to pay for groceries and produce at local grocery stores if you’re eligible.*
Follow these steps to start using your card:
Step 1: Activate Your Card
Before you use your card, you need to activate it. There are three ways to do this.
- Call 1-855-263-6673 (TTY 711)
- Go to andmorehealth.com
- Text “ACTIVATE” to 53746
When you activate your card, you will need to confirm the last four digits on the &more card, your date of birth, and the &more card’s expiration date.
Step 2: Create Your Account
After you activate your card, you can create an online account that will let you view your balance, view the store locator, and more!
You will use this account to sign in to the andmore app and andmorehealth.com.
Step 3: Use it When You Shop
Want to find out if you can use your Neighborhood &more card at your local store? You can:

Over-the-Counter (OTC) Wallet
All INTEGRITY for Duals members will receive a monthly $28 deposit to use for OTC and wellness products. You can learn more about eligible items in the catalogs below.

If you are eligible for SSBCI benefits, your Neighborhood &more card will have a separate wallet with $125 each month for healthy food and produce. You can buy food like:

- Meat and seafood
- Dairy products
- Healthy grains like rice, pasta, or cereal

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I use my card?
- At checkout, select credit and swipe your Neighborhood &more card, just as you would with any other card. If you don’t select credit, the card will be treated as a debit card and you would use 0000 as your PIN number.
Who should I call if I have a question about my &more card?
- Please call Neighborhood Member Services at 1-844-812-6896 (TTY 711) if you have questions about your &more card. Member Services is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week from October 1 through March 31. From April 1 through September 30, you can call us 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The call is free.
