Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island (Neighborhood) has a large network of providers available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including primary care providers, specialists, behavioral health providers, pharmacies, and access to every hospital in the state.

The Provider & Pharmacy Directory includes information about the provider and pharmacy types in Neighborhood INTEGRITY and listings of all the plan’s providers and pharmacies as of the date of this directory.

Out-of-network/non-contracted providers are under no obligation to treat Neighborhood INTEGRITY members, except in emergency situations. Please call Member Services or see your Member Handbook for more information, including the cost-sharing that applies to out-of-network services.

Neighborhood INTEGRITY (Medicare-Medicaid Plan) is a health plan that contracts with both Medicare and Rhode Island Medicaid to provide the benefits of both programs to enrollees.
