Neighborhood INTEGRITY for Duals is a health and drug plan for Rhode Islanders eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. Whether you are caring for yourself or a loved one, we can help you get the care and support you need.
Please call us at 1-844-812-6896 (TTY 711), 8:00 a.m. to 8:00pm, seven days a week from October 1 through March 31. From April 1 through September 30 you can call us 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may leave a voicemail on Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.
If you need a new INTEGRITY for Duals member ID card, please call Member Services at 1-844-812-6896 (TTY 711). A Member Services representative can help you replace your card.

You may leave Neighborhood INTERGRITY for Duals at any time during the year by calling us at 1-844-812-6896 (TTY 711). You may also call Medicare at 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227). TTY users (people who have difficulty with hearing or speaking) should call 1-877-486-2048. When you call 1-800-MEDICARE, you can also enroll in another Medicare health or drug plan. If you leave INTEGRITY for Duals, your coverage will end the last day of the month after you tell us. If you leave INTEGRITY for Duals and don’t join a Medicare health or prescription drug plan, you’ll be covered under Original Medicare and Medicare will enroll you in a Medicare prescription drug plan. You will get your Medicaid benefits directly through Rhode Island Medicaid Fee for Service (FFS).
Neighborhood INTEGRITY for Duals members have the right to file a complaint or an appeal if they disagree with a decision that we have made or have an issue with the care they have received.

Rhode Island Medicaid covers non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services for rides to medical, dental, or other health-related appointments. To arrange a ride, call MTM at 1-855-330-9131 (TTY 711). When scheduling NEMT, use your Rhode Island Medicaid (“anchor”) ID card. To learn more, read your INTEGRITY for Duals Member Handbook.

Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island's INTEGRITY for Duals (HMO D-SNP) is a health plan that contracts with Medicare and the Rhode Island Medicaid Program. Enrollment in Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island's INTEGRITY for Duals plan depends on contract. Some benefits mentioned on this website are part of a special supplemental program for the chronically ill. You may qualify for coverage if you have a chronic condition including but not limited to hypertension, diabetes, chronic pulmonary disease, severe hematologic-rare genetic disorders, and depression. Additional eligibility criteria apply. Please contact us for full details. If you speak another language, free language assistance services are available to you. Appropriate auxiliary aids and services to provide information in accessible formats are also available free of charge. Please call Member Services at 1-844-812-6896 (TTY 711) if you need assistance.
