As a contracted provider with Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island participating with the INTEGRITY product, it is necessary for you to complete two online actions:
- Training on the INTEGRITY product; and
- A survey that assesses your location’s accessibility (ADA survey)
Please complete the INTEGRITY Training and the ADA Survey by November 13, 2017!
