Neighborhood wants you to be well – both mentally and physically. That is why Neighborhood Dual CONNECT benefits also include behavioral health and substance use services. We cover both inpatient³ and outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse programs designed to help diagnose and treat your condition.

Services include:

• Inpatient Hospital
• Outpatient services**
• Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• Substance abuse residential treatment
• Methadone maintenance
• Integrated Health Homes (IHH)
• Mental Health Psychiatric Rehabilitation Residence (MHPRR)
• Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) 
• Psychiatric rehabilitation day programs
• Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) 
• Partial Hospitalization

No prior authorization is required for supplemental benefits.
