Effective July 1, 2021, Integra Partners will be Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island’s (Neighborhood) provider network for Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Medical Supply (DMEPOS) services. Integra Partners offers access to a large selection of DMEPOS providers to meet the needs of all Neighborhood members.
What does this change mean for Neighborhood providers?
- Beginning July 1, 2021 Neighborhood’s providers should refer to the new network for DMEPOS services. To assist you with referrals, please see the following list of DMEPOS providers who are available for Neighborhood members.
What does this mean for Neighborhood members currently receiving DME services?
- If a Neighborhood member is currently receiving services by a provider that is not contracted with Integra Partners, the member will receive a letter, identifying their new servicing provider.
