For Providers

Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island (Neighborhood) believes that its contracted providers and their staff are the key to the delivery of quality care to our members. We truly value the partnership we have established and the relationship you have with our members.

Members of Neighborhood INTEGRITY (MMP) may continue to see their current health care provider for at least six months after their enrollment, during the continuity of care period. If you are currently a non-participating provider and caring for an INTEGRITY member during their continuity of care period, Neighborhood invites you to consider becoming an in-network provider. More information can be found on the Join Our Network web page.

This page serves as a way for Neighborhood to communicate with our providers and help answer any questions you may have about the INTEGRITY product.
