Neighborhood is making a system change to better serve you. All Neighborhood Commercial Plan members will be receiving a new ID card with a new member ID number.
Watch your mail for your new ID card in mid-September. Your new ID card will be effective starting on October 1, 2023.
What you need to know:
- Your plan benefits will not change.
- Once you receive your new ID card, throw away your old one.
- Use your new ID card for the remainder of the year. Be sure to tell your providers and pharmacy that you have a new ID card.
- 2024 member ID cards will be mailed to you between November-December.
