If a strength or formulation is specified in the medication name column, it only applies to that specific strength or formulation.
Specialty medications not affected by Neighborhood’s Limited Specialty Pharmacy Network include:
- HIV, Hepatitis B, and Transplant medications
- Limited Distribution medications not available within Neighborhood’s Limited Specialty Pharmacy Network
- Specialty medications not available within Neighborhood’s Limited Specialty Pharmacy Network
