  • Type the first few letters of the medication name into the search bar located at the top right of the table. The results will show you where that medication can be filled within Neighborhood’s Limited Specialty Pharmacy Network for Medicaid and Commercial members.
  • If your specialty medication does not show up on this list, Neighborhood’s Limited Specialty Pharmacy Network does not limit where it can be filled.
  • If a strength or formulation is specified in the medication name column, it only applies to that specific strength or formulation.
  • Specialty medications not affected by Neighborhood’s Limited Specialty Pharmacy Network include:
    • HIV, Hepatitis B, and Transplant medications
    • Limited Distribution medications not available within Neighborhood’s Limited Specialty Pharmacy Network
    • Specialty medications not available within Neighborhood’s Limited Specialty Pharmacy Network

  • Care New England Specialty Pharmacy: If there is a check mark in this column, then the Specialty Medication can be filled at Care New England Specialty Pharmacy.
  • Lifespan Specialty Pharmacy: If there is a check mark in this column, then the Specialty Medication can be filled at Lifespan Specialty Pharmacy.
  • CVS Specialty Pharmacy: If there is a check mark in this column, then the Specialty Medication can be filled at CVS Specialty Pharmacy. *Please note that this is not the same as CVS or CVS/Caremark pharmacies
