Bright Start is a special program for high-risk pregnant women. We can help you have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. A nurse case manager and a social worker will work with you and your doctor.

How can we help you and your family?

  • Arrange a ride to your doctor visits, if needed;
  • Teach you good eating habits;
  • Work with your doctor to help with any medical problems you may have;
  • Refer you to programs that can help you to stop smoking, drinking, and/or using drugs;
  • Refer you to programs that help with depression;
  • Help you get community resources that can help with housing and other social concerns.

Referrals to the Prenatal Bright Start Care Management program can be made by contacting Thelma Hollins, SW at 401-453-6147.
