Dear Colleague,

This message is to update you on our new core system implementation and set appropriate expectations for any changes that may impact you and Neighborhood members.

We continue to make good progress with configuring our new system and converting old data to the new methodology. Last weekend, we converted over 96 percent of more than 3 million records. While we are pleased with this progress, there is still much work to do. We have to complete reporting functionality, upgrade to new version of core system software, and test and review all processes, features and functionality. We will have a clearer picture on “Go Live” expectations after several key deliverables in January and February. We anticipate providing an update to you in late February.

Our commitment remains that providers and other partners will have at least 30 days notice prior to “Go Live.”
