For Searching Neighborhood’s Formulary Online

1. Type in either the brand name or generic name of a drug
2. You will be prompted to pick (select) a drug from the list below to continue
3. Once you select the drug, you will see the formulary status
4. Be sure to scroll down to see ALL definitions of the symbols
5. Click on any symbol to get more information
6. If you enter a drug and it is non-formulary, click on Therapeutic Class to browse the other choices
7. You can also view drugs by choosing a Therapeutic Class from the front page (scroll down to see the classes).
8. You will be prompted to choose a subclass.

NOTE: Just because the drug appears, does not mean that it is formulary! There are many non formulary drugs listed. This allows you to go through the Therapeutic Class to help you find what is covered.
