Neighborhood members can expect knowledgeable and friendly customer service from locally-based, multi-lingual representatives. These representatives will help you get appointments with our large network of doctors and specialists including behavioral health providers. They also help you with pharmacy and medical equipment benefits and services (even by mail). And, if you need a little extra assistance, our kind and thoughtful nurse care managers will work with you to manage complex illnesses so you can stay well.

Neighborhood providers and their staff can expect a relationship with our organization that helps us both better serve Neighborhood members. From credentialing and claims processing to committee work and sharing best practices, we will work with you to provide information and resolve problems as quickly as possible.

And, Neighborhood’s community partners can expect an engaged organization that actively seeks to improve the health care delivery system. We know that innovative collaboration is key to success and we strive to be a company that listens well and responds effectively.
