Neighborhood's Program for Children in Foster Care

The Substitute Care Program can help improve the health and wellness of children in foster care.

Neighborhood can help you and your family in the following ways:

• We can assist in the coordination of care for a child in foster placement
• We can refer you to our Case Management Program, if needed, to speak with a Registered Nurse
• We can help you by working with you and your RI Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) Case Worker to coordinate care
• We can work with you to refer to Beacon Health Strategies, our behavioral health partner, if needed
