Some Neighborhood members have recently received suspicious phone calls. The caller says he/she is reaching out on behalf of Neighborhood, and other plans and then asks for the member’s personal information. These calls are not from us! Please report the call directly to our Compliance Hotline at 1-888-579-1551. It will help us better track and report these types of calls to the authorities.

How to protect your personal information:

  • Never give out your Social Security number, bank account number, your mother's maiden name, passwords, or other personal information in response to unexpected calls or if you are suspicious.
  • Hang up and call the phone number on the back of your Neighborhood card if you get a call from someone who says they are from a company or a government agency and asks for your personal health care information.
  • Use caution if you are being pressured for information immediately and you think the call might be a scam.

Call Neighborhood’s Compliance Hotline 1-888-579-1551 with any concerns.
